A Brand Photoshoot is more than just a photoshoot. It involves strategic planning. It is a creative process that is designed to capture the uniqueness of you and your brand. Here are the first steps to book a Brand Photoshoot with me.

PHONE CONSULTATION:
I recommend that you review the Branding Services and Price Guide before scheduling your consultation. You can request that information HERE. With an understanding of my services and pricing, it allows you to consider which options best fit your budget and goals. We will finalize a booking date during our initial consultation.

BOOKING DEPOSIT / CONTRACT / QUESTIONNAIRE:
There is a $299 retainer to secure the date of your session, a contract, and a brand questionnaire to complete. You will also receive a link to schedule your Brand Planning Session.

YOUR BRAND PLANNING SESSION:
This is the most crucial step in our process and also the most exciting part. Besides the actual photoshoot day of course! This is done about 1 month before your session through a zoom call, or in person to understand your brand, your vision, and your goals. We will discuss hair & makeup options as well as wardrobe recommendations. This helps me tailor your session to reflect the values of your brand and to collect information to prep for your photoshoot day. To ensure we cover all your needs, we will prepare a vision board, a shot list, and discuss any locations you would like to shoot at that speaks to your brand.

PHOTOSHOOT DAY:
Our session begins with your professional headshot. It provides you with a versatile, high quality headshot that is ideal for your website, email signature, business cards, social media platforms, and personal branding. Following our headshots, we will transition seamlessly into studio shots, capturing you in a controlled, professional environment. These studio images offer a clean, classic look thats perfect for various professional contexts. After the studio session, we’ll venture out to locations of your choice. Adding variety and personal touch to your portfolio.

ONLINE OR IN-PERSON PORTRAIT REVEAL:
Another one of my exciting parts! This is where we bring your brand to life by unveiling your images in an exclusive portrait reveal gallery. This is available 1 week after your Photoshoot. During your reveal, you will select your favorite images that resonate most with your brand.

DELIVERING YOUR BRAND GALLERY:
Once you are done selecting your favorite images, your final retouched images will be emailed to you in an online gallery within 2-3 weeks. I will provide instructions in the email on how to download and save your images.

USING YOUR IMAGES:
I want you to know that I am here for you not just behind the camera, but also as a creative partner every step of the way! After you have your amazing branding images downloaded, we can brainstorm and share ideas on how to use them. Whether its sprucing up your website, making your social media platforms pop, or adding that extra punch to your marketing material
